The candidate will be responsible for finding the scope and thereby hiring the hiring or Corporate training agreements from multi-national IT companies as well as mid-level hi-profile IT organizations. This role can also be taken as a freelancing process or partnering process with the company.

The skill set required for this role will be as follows: -

A.) Good communications skills & professionalism to match the SA competency levels.
B.) Contacts in corporate world / local market / government organizations, so as to fetch more and       more business in terms of Hiring  agreements & corporate training assignments through their       contacts and marketing strategies.
C.) Contacts in educational institutions / schools / colleges to provide the institutional projects to the       company.
