‘Train-the-Trainer’ Program

The trainers at SA enjoy the status of being SA-certified trainers. We don’t have faculties, we have trainers. There is a difference between a faculty & trainer, and we implement this feeling in all our training team. That’s why, its fun and great learning to be a part of Sa-training team.

The trainers undergo an initial training program over technical & personality enhancements before going to the floor. They are then exposed to shadow & in-house group training sessions, and after clearing these tests along with an exam, they get the “SA-Trainer Certification”
